Nice video's. I always wonder how you did that :)

Most the pages I get are all back to 23 feb , how can I get older pages ? as now and again I get a page from the end of last year and this is where you get the price drops from.

But reallly... a house not selling in a few weeks and them droping the price does not always mean the prices are droping, it can be over priced to start with...

Well the PTSB/ESRI report was out today and it confirmed that prices decreased in SOME areas. As a whole prices the rate of growth is 0.1%
Well below inflation. The widespread price drops are yet to come.

    From the report :-
3 bed semi-detached house prices fell by 0.9% in January 2007, while in December last year growth of 0.4% was registered.

Just as well there isnt to many of those around eh??!!

Never mind those "investment" 3 bed semi's rented out for far less than the monthly mortgage cost....

Now some people call rent dead money..but some "investors" out there would be better off burning their money in the fire for warmth for all the value its adding!
