Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

shouldn't be a problem exchanging it but they can't change the number on the sim pack

I doubt they'll change it to be honest but I guess you can always ask.

you can exchange the pack for a new pack with a new number. i thought you were suggesting that they change the number on the pack you have

as long as you haven't registered it and the pack isn't open btw

you can keep the pack you have just ring customer care and ask them to change your phone number, takes a few mins just make sure you call from a different phone becuase yours will get cut off in the middle of the number change, you dont get to pick a number though but theres a list theyll read out to you
