Turtles/terrapins That Stay Small

Just doing a bit of research on different turtle/ terrapins species that stay small and what kind of enclosure would they require. I came across this thread and got a list of turtles that remain small. Would any of these be available in Ireland? Can any one else tell me what other species remain small?

I think 7 may be a bit young to be looking after a terrapin. They have a lot of needs.
