k800i & problem with meteor

i have an unlocked o2 k800i that displays "inactive sim" only with my meteor sim card, i can use my meteor sim in another phone no problem. voda & o2 work fine in it. i have network set to gsm only....

any ideas how to fix?

hmmmm, so you think the sim is out of date, ie too old? didn't think of that...

once this is all nicely answered and out of the way can I throw another question at k800i owners... What's the battery life and camera lens cover like? I've got a w800i that I'm ready to throw out the window because the camera keeps turning on and draining the battery. Was gonna upgrade to a k800i but wanted to make sure the camera doesnt have a mind of it's own, like it does on the earlier model. Cheers, sorry for the hi-jacking

The K800i should work fine with a Meteor. If you card doesn't begin with 0522, get a new one.
