Hello, I am in the middle of designing a basic website using HTML and NVU. I have one problem that NVU cannot help me with, on my index page I have two <table> and a <marquee>, and surrounding text. The text remains at the bottom of the webpage, no matter where I type it. Online there are many codes for wrapping text…

Hello,

I am in the middle of designing a basic website using HTML and NVU.

I have one problem that NVU cannot help me with, on my index page I have two <table> and a <marquee>, and surrounding text.

The text remains at the bottom of the webpage, no matter where I type it.

Online there are many codes for wrapping text around images, but I would love if someone could show me how to wrap text around frames...
