You've just described my brother. I'm trying to organise a last minute place on a course for him this coming week or next week. Does anyone have any recommendations for somewhere to do this?

I found these two sites: http://www.leavingcert.ie/easter_revision.htm

    http://www.southdublingrindschool.com/courses.html

Can anyone recommend these or elsewhere?

Sit down, find a quiet place, study plan, stick to it. Costs less and really works.

But for all us people who are unable to actually study for various reasons lol . (lack of willpower in my case) these courses are good cause we are forced to be there learning.

Depends entirely on the person. I'd say most people learn less

I reckon they're good in conjuction that you do some actual work outside the revision course. I can imagine some people going to the Easter Revision courses and thinking "Ah sure I'm going to a revision course, I will be grand for the leaving"

Nothing, I mean *nothing* has worked with my brother. At this stage a revision course might be the only thing that helps him...

    Can anyone offer any recommendations?
