I'm buying an in the next month.. i think i'll import from the uk having the thread on importing cars from the uk - Great Thread.

Anyway, my question..

The chrome pack that you can get, can you get this done after as an extra?? and would it cost much?

I have a budget of 15k and am hoping to get a 1.9TDI '02 Dolphin Grey A4.

I think i should be able to get one, but looking at carzone its mad the price differnce between same models ... ie up to 4

what do you think you'll get for your money? carzone pricing for '02 is varying about a 7-8k swing.

I import Honda Civic and other cars from the UK for a living, and not only is the price difference important but if you get a rust free car they are better in a number of ways. As i said, price, spec (way better spec than here) and in better drivin condition due to motorway miles and better roads. Anyone want info ask away.

Don't know if the exterior chrome pack can be got aftermarket or not.

Whatever you are buying make sure you get a good HPI check done on the car. This will verify mileage, outstanding finance, service history, insurance & warranty claims and MOT failures if any.
