Instead of using the disc2phone software im simply using the sync option on my WMP because its alot quicker...but when i go too play the songs i can't find them listed in the player. They are visible on the phones file manager yet can't see them on the playlist??? any help. im using a 2gb card.

You can copy & paste and drag & drop onto the card aswell.

Are they showing up in the player when you go to screen with 'Now Playing, Artists, Tracks, Playlists, Videos' and go to Tracks.

Try playing them from there because they don't get added automatically to the now playing.

no unfortunatly there not visible in the walkman player at all. some of the artists songs are but not the ablum. for instance maroon five can't see the album song about jane, but when i check the file manager and browse my pro duo i can see it in it....but there's no option to play songs directly from there. maybe i have to use the disk2phone software.....

hmm indeed.

Can't say I've had problem myself with it.

I didn't install any of the crappy sw that came with it tho. I just plug the usb into the phone and laptop and drag/drop onto the memory card and phone memory.

The problem is that WMP uses two identifiers for everything. There's one for Album Arist, Song Arist, Album Name, Other Album Name etc. It's a lot of doubling up. WMP might have, say, Album Name blank but Other Album Name full so it can read from that but the Walkman can't.
