    Folks,

    I have above box and havent used it in a while.

    I cannot remember the admin password to enter the web interface.

    I presume its possible to do a hardware reset, and reset the admin password back to 1234, but I cant for the life of me figure it out.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    There should be a little hole on the back with a button inside. Press the button with a pen tip or a paper clip and hold it in for 10-15 seconds.

    Make sure you know your BT BB username and password before doing this as it will wipe that aswell.
