I'm just renewing my driving license.

    One of the Questions:
Is your driving licence or provisional licence at present required by court order to carry an endorsement?

I have 2 points (speeding:mad:). Just got the notice, cussed em and paid up (no court appearance required). Do I answer yay or nay to the question above?

    Cheers

    Brian

Nope, they're not an endorsement. The licensing people know how many points you have anyway :)

At least you're taking it like a man and have a pair.

The amount of threads I see on Irish forums "How will I get away with points etc. etc."
