Decided to do a little trawl of the usual rubbish, spoilers, deliberately misleading rumours and some actual facts about the new Season.

I had assumed that we'd be kicking off on Easter Saturday (April 7th). Apparently not, although the start date has been shifted around a bit. It was decided to start on the 24th March (Saturday week) now put back till the 31st (a bit of mucking around for a laugh?)

Anyway, this seasons story arc is about Prime Minister Saxon who may or may not be The Master. Speculation centres on Ep 12 (list below) which ends with the Doctor finding out who Saxon really is.

Depending on who you read Derek Jacobi (who plays a character in Utopia [ep 11] transforms into the Master in ep 12 and will be thereafter played by yer man from Life on Mars. How do we know this: Because he has grown a goatee :D (I warned ye about the sources of this stuff).

Capt Jack (off) [before Stark coins that one] will be in eps 10 through 13.

Format is as per usual, couple of double eps, Daleks are in there, two ep finale.

The official press pack is going live this Friday and they may be keeping stuff back for the Radio Times.

I'm buggering off on holiday from this evening till Tuesday but I'll be keeping on eye out ye.

Well, its on for a start and there's a Christmas Special as well. Lets just hope there's actually something to it this time.

Back to this year, and in a welcome development it appears that RTD may be sloping off:

Details emerging from the season 3 press launch last night:

    Season 4 is confirmed, hooray!

Episode 3 is apparently called "Gridlock", which would tie in with what we've seen in the trailers of all those flying cars tightly packed together.

The Doctor kisses Martha in the first episode, supposedly he's doing it as some kind of 'genetic transfer'.

The Doctor mentions he has a brother. The Master?

John Simm is definitely in the upcoming season, he was shown in a trailer at the end of press screening.
