Right, someone has just pissed me off seriously and I really want some very violent music to listen to. Reccomendations please, the best I have at the moment is Korn but they're too popy.

Failing that, Death Metal is what you need, not Pantera, not Chimaira, certainly not Lamb of God!
Get some Cannibal Corpse, Deicide, etc.

Grindcore's what you're looking for, most death metal is more sophisticated than displaying mere anger.

Some fast heavy music to me just doesnt sound angry IMO theres too much control and almost too much pace! Im looking at you Cannibal Corpse!

Id go with the aformentioned Great Southern Trendkill from Pantera. Not the heaviest or fastest of all time, but there is some raw, bleeding anger in there. Raw raw raw raw. Did I mention RAW. Deftones adreneline has some angst release in there too.

In fact, I think ill go have a listen to Pantera now....
