    The below is the last proper program that i did and i got some good result with it. It might not suit everyone but i had excellent gains from it in conjunction with a proper diet and recovery routine.

    why thank you D, i can just about do 5 pushups at the moment, so i'll have a good look at modifying this though :)

    If you look at the Superset Column you can see which excercises form supersets i.e. one set of the first excercise followed by one set of the second, so what i was doing was , for example, on Day 1 ,Dumbell Chest Press for 5 to 8 reps followed by 10 pushups straight away.

    You may or may not want to follow this plan, i am not posting it for that, i just thought it would give a good idea on excercise variation and such. :)

    by all means it's great to have some thing to work with though, i mean i doubt i'll be able to do nearly a third of this, but it's a good start to see what mix's well together.

    Your program is similar to mine in many respects i just do less reps on most and more sets. Mostly i just do 6 exercsies for multiple sets

    Hello all, this thread has been great to read. I'm going to start the bootcamp tomorrow. I'm looking forward to it as I really need to get fit.

    There isn't any offer of a free trial though, all up front.... but I'm going to go, damn it!!!

    Saw these guys working out in bushy park lasy night and I was quite impressed! Couldn't figure out what type of team they were but they were obviously part of the bootcamp! Just saw them as i was passing by but everyone looked like they were working really hard! (lots of sweaty looking faces and t shirts)
