10 days usually, though sometimes it can be a little quicker or a little longer!

30.5 did they mention it was good or bad?

The doc who was lovely said "ooh just a little over but its fine"
Now to be honest I dont think I was over by much it was somewhere between 30 and 30.5! I was too busy and shocked staring at the digital scales seeing what I actually weighed (thought I was about a stone lighter!) to hear what she was saying!

The doc for my medical (most rude woman ever by the way) said that BMI of 19-25 was healthy.
I was 26, she said to "watch my weight"

You definately didn't get the doctor I got. I reckon she would have made you jog on the spot until it was under 30 !
Thankfully mine was 22.9, I had expected it to be around 24 or 25 like it normally is. Must have been all the waiting around.

College always starts on the 1st monday of the month of the intake unless there is a late group sent down to catch up with night class etc.

If there is a bank holiday it moves to the tuesday.

Its a scales you step onto that measures your height and weight at the same time and calculates your BMI from that.

Id aim for a bmi of 27 or under to be honest

I am 6ft 4 inches and mine is about 29.

For me to get under 27 I would have to lose 18 pounds which is not going to happen!!!

I dont think I will grow any time soon either :D

The standing on your toes is AFAIK to check to see if you have flat-foot to know whether you'd be able to sprint from a still position or if you have fallen arches
