Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    You need to keep trying, the site is a nightmare, all vendors are using it so doesn't matter what vendor you've got.

    If you call the vendors helpdesk and give out reems then Microsoft have supplied vendors with the upgrade disks to deal with customers who lose the plot over using Modus Media's crap website.

    I'm in the trade so trust me this works.

    I'm also having huge problems with my "free" Vista order for my Toshiba laptop.

    ModusLink are the most incompetent company I've ever witnessed. I first ordered my upgrade in February and still they haven't processed it.

    now the latest email they've sent me says that my order has been cancelled .:mad: :mad:

    We're all in this psy-op together.🤨

    Purchased a new Toshiba in February with Vista Ultimate installed. No probs with registration. Also extended Toshiba warranty without probs. They also confirmed the extension by email.
