I ordered two mp3 players from tradeireland.com almost a month ago but they never arrived, my emails go unanswerered. No explanation has been offered and I am not sure what I can do. I would like if anyone could help me out with an addresss so I could make a claim under the small claims court. I have bought a good deal of goods from the Uk, occasionally there were problems but one would always receive the courtesy of a reply to correspondence. Obviously this is an Irish way of handling complaints.

Lets not get racialist here, I've had emails ignored from UK retailers.

I do hope this gets sorted tho.

Firstly, I don't see what this has to do with UK Retailers. Secondly, just because a domain has the word Ireland in it, doesn't necessarily make it Irish (although it does seem to be Irish on this occasion).. Thirdly, why did you choose to trade with this particular site? They don't even provide contact details..

Finally, if you do a Who Is lookup on the domain, you'll get all sorts of interesting contact information (although this could be just a web-host).

    Their address is listed as

    TradeIreland.com
    Pencoed
    River Road
    Castleknock
    Dublin 15

so you could knock on their door. A contact name and number is listed as Krusty-Clown points out.

Also check your spam filters etc in case the emails aren't getting through...
