Classes are on tuesdays, wednesdays and thursdays at 7pm in the WIT sports hall. It's a good craic and a very functional martial art. Whether you're looking to get fit, learn practical self defense, or like to compete - the door is always open. We have weekends away for competitions and it's always a great laugh. Everyone at the club is very friendly.

Most of the guys are new (including myself!), so you won't feel out of depth if you just start.

Judo itself is an art based on throws/sweeps, locks, chokeholds/strangles and groundwork (similar to brazilian jiu-jitsu). It can be physically demanding at times, but you can always go at your own pace.

If you want anymore info, just drop me a message on here.

    Take care!

    John.
