Interesting report, however I think their belief that the rise in rents is due to a sound market is a little over the top. The rise in rents is most likely a short term blip as all the investors bail out of the market and there are less places available to rent. Once they get tired of trying to shift their investments they will most likely put them out to rent again and prices will revert to the normal.
