Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Does the xbox component lead that is supplied with xbox provide the same picture quality as other xbox cables like HD VGA AV Cable ?

    As far as I know the HD cable provides better picture quality provided you have a HD tv, I think. I don't really know about all the different types of cables but I had to buy like three or four cables for my tv as I thought it would let me play in true HD but instead I found out that my tv doesn't have a connection for consoles.

    I got the official scart cable off ebay last month and it's so much clearer and sharper now

    i use the vga cable, on my pc monitor. It works as a cheap hd screen

    Well they are all HD cables so they would be similar.

    VGA is for Pc monitors which can't take other HD cable types.

    I imagine the image would be pretty much the same from both. It might be a poor component cable bundled with the 360 Premium though, I don't know.

    i just tried component and vga on my new hdtv, i must say, vga is much sharper and all round better quality. component made things look washed out and a bit blurrier i thought.

    It mostly comes down to the TV/monitor used. I have read many posts going over this and no one type works best for everyone.
