Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hey,

Just hoked up my belkin 54g 4 port wireless router up.

I can get internet connection from it when cabled. But i cant get a wireless signal, I have set a basic 64bit wep key. But when i scan for networks it does not pick it up. I have gone through the router settings at 192.168.2.1

I have put it on the standard chan 11, and named the network too.

IS there something else i have to do ?

I really have no idea about wireless routers:o

    *update*

I can now see the network on this laptop and another open network, but my girlfriend cannto pick up the network's on her dell.

The dell has picked up networks before no problem before. So i added the dells mac address as trusted in the routers control panel but still now luck. Any settings you think that need to be changed ?

Sorted it on my own. Apparently the dell wireless utility had decided to disable the wireless. Even though in device manager it showed it was working fine. And the dell config tool said it was enabled.

Mod you can delete this thread of leave it incase someone else has the same problem and could do a search on this.

    Cheers anyway :D
