'Gateway Building' at Cherrywood Flyover

    Anyone one know what the latest re the plans for the 10 storey 'Gateway Building' at the Cherrywood flyover in Loughlinstown is? This montrosity was to include a bar.

    Plans we orginally submitted 18 - 24 months ago and there were loads of objections thank God..just wondering where its at now?

    There is a building with swimming pool and bar going in in Cherrywood at the moment. I have a good view of it from my desk!
    It's not scheduled to be 10 stories though!

    Because its just usually developers taking the complete piss when they first apply for planning permission so it's easier to get a compromise later for what they really wanted. All for a quick buck.
