    Hey,

    Anybody have any idea who took the seats as the "Special Guests" area outside the Bowery / Tower Hotel today? I noticed a lot of French, and one french news reporter interviewing with a camera some important-looking french guy for a while.

    Asked WLR who thought it might be TG4 but if that was Irish they were speaking - its new to me, even with my little knowledge of it!!

    I presume its the crowd from St Herblain, our French twin.

    Aye, the special guests were the Councillors and their French counterparts from St Herblain.
