Hey all,

I'm looking for some advice on having some video clips on my site.

I'd like to have an embedded player that works on IE and FF, and allow the user to select what video they wish to view and then stream it.

I'd also like some advice on compressing a 4.5min 640x480 video in WMV format so that it's smaller than it's current size of 41Mb. Obviously with as little loss as possible.
