Well I typed "Rachel Bilson" into Google Images and got this:

There's loads of pictures of her there...

Otherwise go to a gossip site like perezhilton, look for her name in the search function on the left hand side and there's a good few pictures of her there too.

Urban outfitters is a good place to start for her style of clothes, I know that some of the cool stuff that she wore in the OC was from here, might be worth a look!
