Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I have noticed that i have developed 2 strecthmarks on ym stomach on either side of my belly button over the past 2 weeks. They are quite red and I was wondering if anyone knows if that bio-oil works? also some people say that olive oil works too if you out a little on twice a day- is this true? thanks

I've read nothing but rave reviews on the net for Bio-Oil. I had a small operation which left facial scars and i use it on them. I'm getting very happy with the results.

My friend also used it and found it very good.

The only 2 complaints i've heard about it is a few odd remarks about its smell which i dont mind. Smells like bar soap to me. And a few remarks about its price which i consider cheap. I bought Bio oil in boots with some vitamins and got plenty of change from it if i remember correctly.

On stretch marks, im sure it would be even better than scars since they are less coarse.

I read before that some people use it as a moisturiser... I wouldn't since its not absorbed fast enough in my opinion and would take a couple hours to not look shiny. Its great for a weekend boost if your indoors. When ever i use it at a night. The area i put it on looks quite refreshed.

Bio oil is brilliant, I'm using it now to try to prevent strech marks as my humpty dumpty tum grows :D They also reccomend it for perrenial massage.

I had some small strech marks from losing some weight before I got pregnant and they are gone now, also, I had some scars on my chest bone from some surface pirecings I had, and they have drastically reduced.

A small bottle is all you'd need for some small strech marks, and it's well worth the price, I think a small bottle is less than €10 is boots??
