Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Anyone know of a 56k modem that will work on vista? Usb or pci will do.

    Thanks.

Tricky one to call as modem's are so generic I'd hazard a guess and think a wide range of PCI modems should at least be supported as it is usually a generic chipset like Conextant that powers it.

Go for PCI if short of space. The diagnostic lights on external modems can be useful sometimes when trying to solve a connection problem.
