    What would your menu be?

    With the structure of:

    3 Starters
    3 Mains
    2 Desserts

    2 Wines.

    Hmmmm!!!

    Ohh lemme think... These are just things I love to cook & eat. I'm not much of a dessert person though.

    Starters:
    Sweet potato, carrot & parsnip soup
    Warm goats cheese salad
    Seared Foie Gras

    Mains:
    Fish pie with rocket salad
    Striplon steak with bearnaise sauce with fat chips & creamed corn
    Magret de canard with potato dauphinoise

    Desserts:
    Rhubarb crumble with custard
    Chocolate fondant

    Wines:
    White - Picpoul de Pinet
    Red - Crozes Hermitage
