I mentioned that my own - expensive glazing failed within 10 years, ie. condensation started forming within the units - I was interested to see what other peoples experiences with their double glazing has been?

Have you had condensation forming within your glazing before its 10th birthday?

Our attic was converted in 1986 and used double glazing in the (roof) window on a wooden frame.
It failed after 8 years.

See it appears that the industry reported faulure rate at 10 years is ~3.8%, rising to 9% at 15 years.
