Hi Chaps, Have a citroen xantia, and first thing in the morning when i start to drive it, the steering is stiff for about 5 minutes and after that its ok, i know its controlled by the hydraulic system, brought it to a citroen garage but they could'nt find a fault, but by then the car had been driven around all day so it…

Hi Chaps,

Any ideas? would really appreciate it.

How fast does it come up (the car ...out of its parking position:D ) in the morning?

Do you wait until it's fully up before you drive off? The pump might be getting a bit slow and you might want to wait a bit longer until you've got full pressure everywhere.
