Good Space for an Anniversary Party?

Hey there - organising a party for my parents 40th anniversary in September. Does anyone know of any good venues for something like this in the city? I was thinking about Number 10 on the quays but that looks a bit pricey...Maybe 40 or 50 invitees and I suppose it would have to have a bar if not a restaurant...
