Torrents working on ICE broadband?

My friend has ICE Broadband and his torrents (uTorrent) suddenly stopped working about 2 weeks ago. Has anyone else noticed this? Or is anyone else still successfully using torrents on ICE broadband? I got him to install Azureus, but the NAT light just stays white and never turns green (or even red). We used ShieldsUp to…

I got him to install Azureus, but the NAT light just stays white and never turns green (or even red). We used ShieldsUp to verify that the port is open to the outside world, which makes me wonder if there is port/traffic shaping/blocking being done on ICE side of things? Anyone have any ideas? Thanks ...
