Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Sony Ericsson K810i or K850i release date??

    any idea when the K810i or the K850i are being released in Ireland, hav a k750i & been holding out 4 either of these as i'm not mad on the k800i! cheers

    The K810i is billed as having a quarter 2 release date by sonyericsson. This means that the handset won't be seen in Ireland, probably till quarter three as the networks try and ensure that the old handsets which they get for bargin basement prices and have great margins on get sold up. Eg, The K800i was launched in feb, was "available" the start of june last year but by the time it arrived in ireland it was around mid august, three were the first to get it and i got one of the first handsets from the grafton street store on august 15th. O2 were next out of the traps following in late august, early september.

    The "K850i" hasn't been officially launched yet and as such may be considered a prototype and or rumour. If it is launched soon expect an official quarter three availability date and probably quarter 4 before it arrives on the street.

    K850i is due to be officially announced this week, I believe. So Christmas time or so.
