    Hey All,

I hope everyone had a great Paddy’s weekend and are now fully recovered to do it all again this weekend! Thanks to all who came down to Traffic on Saturday. We had great night and were treated to some great sets by our residents Mark Caffrey, Russell Parker, Frank Simmonson, Frank Kearney and special guest Dj Frisky. As always pictures and sets from the night can be found at... http://www.housejunkies.net

Starting off this week we have our resident Frank Kearney spinning his own blend of house & breaks (see chart below). Headlining this week we are very pleased to have Teknaphonik down. Teknaphonik are Scott Curtis and Graham Jenkin, after spending 3 yrs together in college studying sound engineering and Audio Production, they joined forces in 2006 to form Teknaphonik and start the collaboration of there styles and tastes. Ever since then they have given up all aspects of normal 9 – 5 lives in order to completely concentrate on producing tracks they love. After spending over a year in the studio almost full time, they have a sound of their own ranging from genres to sub-genres, I guess you could call what they do a mix between house/trance/electro/tech/breaks, trying to keep it fresh and new. These two guys are extremely dedicated and have produced a large number of tracks in the short time they have been working together. They hope to get more into the live setup on stage over the coming months as it brings a much more real feel to any show. For now though they'll be mixing a blend of their own tracks and of known tracks.
