    Hi All

Wondering if it is possible to put an extension on a bungalow with a hipped roof or is this roof type unconducive to extensions ? Let me know your thoughts

    Cheers

Course it's possible. You'll just have more materials and labour in dealing with the hip section of roof than you would if you had a gable. You'll also have more potential exposure to the weather while the work is ongoing.

Against that, you'll have no problem getting in to the new section of attic!.
