Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi guys

I've just bought a gorgeous silk cocktail dress that I fell in love with the second I saw, only problem is it clings like nobodies business.
Anybody got any ideas on how to prevent this? I've tried googling for solutions but found nothing useful. I'm sure somebody must have some kind of trick!

Any help much appreciated, please and thank you very much.

I've heard that if you rub it with a wire hanger it should do the trick.

Heard something about hairspray as well but don't know exactly where to spay it :D

spray hairspray on your body before putting on the dress

Does it cling in all the right places?

Sadly, no. It sticks to my bum and slides gradually upwards the more I move.

Guys, isn't the hairspray sticky? That sounds yuck. I'll be trying that one right before a shower I think.
