Ok, I seemed to have missed this entirely but, is The Coal Quay closed?? The pub I mean, not the street?? It would seem ripe for redevelopment if it has.

I hope so, it's a ****e pub (just my opinion). It was mentioned in the earlier thread here that it was earmarked for something or other.

Yeah, it closed there a good while ago. Some new development (apartments or something) going there instead.
