Probably has been asked before, but I couldn't find anything about it with searching...

Now that the next-gen is the current-gen I have three consoles (pswii60) that want in on my hdtv's single component input. Can anyone recommend a good component AV switch box? I'm not having much look finding one online or in town. The current favourite online is this one.

    Thanks in advance.

I believe a few people on here got one of the Joytech control centers, from http://www.svp.co.uk

I'd read that they were known for having problems with the Wii, has anyone how has one tried wii-ing with it?

Ah yes, I too an in need of a solution to my component problems. I have the wii (component) and the 360 and only 1 component input on the tv. Any boxes I've seen so far to solve this are ridiculously expensive. Am I just looking in the wrong place?

If it is just for your consoles you could try this

    http://www.play-asia.com/paOS-13-71-n-49-en-15-component-70-1smg.html

Its basically one component cable with 3 outputs (PS, Wii, 360) and a little switch to select the one you want to use at any one time.

I have the V1 version, the one for the PS, Xbox, X360, and it works fine. I wouldn't know enough about TVs to know if there is any quality loss, but I would imagine not since it literally just one component cable.

Plus it only costs like €15. If it is crap you haven't lost as much as dropping €150 on a proper component switcher.

That's what I have right now. It occasionally drops the signal and the screen goes black for a second (usually when I'm playing online). I haven't determined if it's the cable's fault yet tho.

    I'm using one of these

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Component-Audio-Video-AV-Selector-Switch-3-Input-NEW_W0QQitemZ150104705532QQcategoryZ73390QQcmdZViewItem

to switch between the 360 and Wii. You can find a number of sellers on ebay selling them.

How do you find it? An signal/quality loss?

I have this general purpose box, using it for 360 and PS2:

3 inputs on it. Works very well. I'm extremely picky but I can't find any negative issues with signal quality.
