Hi Can anyone tell me how long paint will last for once opened? Difference between emulsions and gloss?

Emulsion you will know if its gone off,the smell is not good. But once it is sealed good then I see no reason why it wont last a longwhile. It all depends on where you store it also.

Oil based paints once stored and sealed properly you will get years. All paints should be stored away from hot&cold temperatures. Difference between Emulsion&oil based paints is one is water borne and the other is oil/resin based.
