    Thought it be handy for everyone to know that the 2007 ROTR are now fully available online. It is a 5.6meg PDF file. You can find it here.

    The Road traffic legislation is still a complicated quagmire of amendments and alterations. Maybe that is what they want so no one can be really certain.

    It should be put in every one of the motoring sections. Seeing as everyday I see some complete muppetry on the roads. Mainly people driving to close and not knowing how to use a roundabout.
