Building on costs.

    Just wondering if you could estimate how much it costs to build on a small extension, the extension would need no windows or door and it would only need 2 sides, there is already a door in the building leading outside, i cud take down the door so u can walk into the extension directly. the extension will be about 6 metres long on one side and about 4 metres long on the otherside and would be constructed as cheaply as possible, cheapest roof will do but it has to be secure so it cant be broken into.

    Without surveying the site and knowing the area your are proposing to build in, its impossible to give you an indication other than pulling figures out of thin air. Please note: extensions are also obliged to comply with planning rules and regulations- which may specify that windows etc may be required. If you do not follow proper planning regulations you may be legally obliged at some future point in time to demolish the extension. Retention orders are not given these days in the manner they were in days of yore.
