Trails in Waterford?

Hi, Does anyone know of good trails around Waterford, for some XC biking, nothing too extreme, just a bit of craic! J.

I am sure there is a woods on the Wexford road,not too far from the train station in Waterford they hold downhill races there,not sure of the name of the place but I think it is near a.i.b.p factory.
