Error code 6 on the tevion car cd player

My tevion cd player in my car won't play any cd's at all, the radio works and I can play my mp3 player through it but if I put a cd in, it comes up as error code 6. I've tried resetting it and I've also tried disconnecting it but nothing has worked. Can anyone help?
