Its taken the marmies a few days to settle in etc & to trust us enough to come out of the bedroom whilst we are around - Chitter & Chatter were out yesterday & are getting very brave I can get close enough to touch them (not that they will let me but they are amazing to see in close up!!!!) & yesterday after not seeing Gremlin & Gizmo & I had said that today I would open the nest box & make them come out (to make sure they were ok etc) & today Gizmo came out first hes sooooooo adorable! Then dad Gremlin plucked up the courage - they are not as brave as Chitter & Chatter yet but hopefully in a few days they will be fine

AAAAH they are gorgeous! They are so cute and their little faces are so human like..
What do you feed them?
Do they require special care in terms of heat etc?
Are they agressive at all?
You seem really well set up for them...

Ok they mainly eat fruit & veg with a little protein & yogurt they also have baby porrige & some pasta. They have multi vits 3-4 times a week as well & once in a blue moon they can have live food (mealworms/locust/crickets etc) They were given 2 wax worms each the other day as a tasty treatartieanna wrote:gosh these pictures were sooooo worth waiting for.....

They have a heat lamp well guarded! In their indoor section where the nest boxes are.
Like all primates they can be aggressive - they may be tiny but they know how to use the teeth! They are not a pick me up type of animal although I am hoping that in time they will trust me enough to jump all over me etc.
I have been researching their care for years now & have been an admin on a monkey/bird/animal forum in the uk for a few years now & have learnt a lot from the members. The cages are 12 feet long 6 wide & 8-10 feet high (pitched roof) so they have a lot of space & when they breed the cage will be able to support a small family group happily.0 -
