Is it a junior or senior position as a matter of interest? I would imagine it's pushing more towards senior as you're looking for 3+ years experience and experience in managing projects? Do you have a salary range in mind?

From my experience, it'll be a tough feat to find someone with strong actionscript who's also a talented creative designer. Well, if you're looking for someone with strong AS2/AS3 anyway. One fellow that comes to mind is Derek Donnelly, whos actionscript is very strong and seems to have a creative bent. I have no idea what he's doing with himself now though. Any other folk I know are either strong creatives with cut'n'paste actionscript skills or developers with strong actionscript. Very hard to find someone in between.

Senior. Re: Pay - as they all say (and i hate to say it) it depends on expierience and skills. I understand we may not get all the skills we listed but we'll aim high and work our way down, we just want the best person we can get for the job. We are willing to pay what it takes for the right person.
