    does anyone know if the new Metropolitan Area Networks have been installed in Mountmellick, co. laois yet as part phase 2 of the Regional Broadband Programme??

    There will be no information on e-net.ie for the next Phase MAN's. You need to check with each Local Authority website as they build the networks on behalf of the State.

    I can assure you this is many, many years away if it is going to be done at all.

    I didnt think the Laois mans were tendered out when the Dept óf Comms stopped allowing tendering last summer . Neither was Limerick and Clare and Mayo and Offaly and some others. eNet is responsible once its actually built and handed over to them but not till then.
