    hi,

Is there any way to find a land lords contact details based on a street address?....A friend of mine is having trouble with her neighbours who rent the house beside her. She would like to contact the landlord directly.

    Any info appreciated....

I know of a case where the PTRB were amenable to forwarding a letter to a landlord in circumstances similar to those you are detailing. Like to give them a shot? Note: they did not divulge the landlords contact info to the person who requested it, simply forwarded a letter on his behalf.

actually the PRTB have a list of all management companies and addresses of rented accomodation they have. You can do a search on the prtb website for this:
    http://www.prtb.ie/pubregister.htm

EDIT: Just noticed however that they do not give the Landlords name.. Maybe a managed cmopany have it.. At least you will know if it is legally registered..

Have you tried the "Thoms Directory" or the Election Registers or Land Registry - you could start with these?
