I've been planning on buying a new LCD widescreen for a while now but I've finally got time/money to do it, so what do you guys think of either of these two options 20" or 19":

I will be playing games like oblivion COD2 Fear.
    Set up : AMD 3700+ 2.2 Ghz, 1 gig ram, 2x 6800gs sli.

    I'm hoping to order today.

Have an Acer 24" and it's the dog's you know what. I am sure that if I had read reviews there would have been mention of the response time not being good enough for games yada yada but it was a good bargain from a boardsie and I find it great for games so I would assume the 20" would do fine. Cue the epxerts to post why the Samsung is superior. I'm sure it is.

    I'd go with the Samsung

    *Better specifications
    * Native resolution is more line with the performance of SLI 6800GS

I have the samsung one I got it only a few weeks ago... When I opened it up I went wow... its so shiny and glossy! Very clear crisp picture!

Native res is 1440 X 990 as 8T8 said suit your cards more what have you got now 17"? There will be a big difference between that and the 19"

    Well worth it...

Im saving at the moment for a 22" Samsung same model and look only 22" to go along with my 8800GTX :D

Got the 931bw yesterday and set it all up, and I must say I'm impressed, fantastic build quality and the screen is beyond reproach a top class product, highly recommended.

I can see what you mean DeafVision its quite the looker, and matches all the silver and black of the rest of my system nicely (fashion victim!)

Btw mines quite stable no issues with the ‘wobbly’ s :D

I'd have gone with the http://www.komplett.ie/k/ki.asp?sku=324783 20" and DVI, I wouldn't touch a monitor without DVI, wish manufacturers would drop the VGA port first (if they have to exclude one) :)

Yeah I'd have liked to have gone for a 20 inch but I want to keep my fps up on my current set up.:)
