leveling up oblivion

    whats the craic with leveling up with Mysticism?!?! any ideas would be much appreciated...

    I don't remember if I levelled that up, but like any of them, repeatedly casting a low level one should level it up (and going to the trainers to get it higher).

    Yea i've tried the usual low level spells but still taken ages. Do i go to any of the Mages Guild's to purchase higher levels? and if so where? close to a Level 8 but cant seem to bump this attribute up.
