Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

...there was a knight who met and fell in love with a princess.

He was from a place called Higher-Land, she was from a far away land called Sow-Thav-Rika

In the way of such things, they decided to get married and purchase a castle together, and in the year zero-five, they did so.

All was happiness and joy, until the knight discovered some one else had a key to the princess's chastity belt, and, his heart breaking, is planning to banish her from his heart and dissolve their union.

Now, the princess, hearing this news, turned overnight from a fair maiden into an evil witch, and is threatening to visit all manner of curses upon our knight.

Chief among these is that she would board a flying machine forthwith to the land of her ancestors and leave him paying the not insubstantial monthly debt on the castle - which he could just about manage.

Our hero is more than willing to pay her the ransom of half the increase in the value of the property - I mean castle - as he really quite likes where he is living - not to mention has two hopes of getting another even much smaller castle by himself.

I prithee, wise oracles, what wouldst thou imagine be our knights options if said evil witch took off and left castle and debts and her name still on the deeds?

[edit] Yes, our knight will be discussing this matter with his own sage on Friday, but it's Sunday now and a lot of sweat and sleep will be lost between then and now. [edit]
