Anyone have any experience of Iron/ Manganese Water Filters? We have our own well, and 99% high levels of iron in the water (Red/Brown staining if water left to stand in cat bowls, or if a tap is left dripping etc). The link would be the type of filter http://www.epas.ie/Iron%20Manganese.htm

Given the price is likely to be around the €2k mark, anyone know if they work? And also if anyone has any recommendations of suppliers, that'd be great also.

btw I'm aware that it's not harmful, but it isn't very pleasant getting into a murky bath and it is a right pain in the arse in terms of the staining on shower tiles, toilets etc that never look clean.
